Lodge Maintenance and Property Services

TLC Property Services specialise in all year round lodge maintenance whether on or off mountain. We offer all cleaning services required including; spout, gutter, chimney, windows and BBQ, changing and laundering of bedding and towels, stocking and delivering food and other needed items, wood and water supply, gardening and landscaping, painting, maintenance and repairs as well as checking of smoke detectors, light fittings and bond reports.

All our vehicles are fully equipped but please note that travel time is charged and in remote areas two workers must attend. Bookings need to be dated with the time span of when the clean is required and can be e-mailed or faxed, we can then save our time and your money by matching up cleans with other properties in your area. Back to Back bookings are quite OK but remember to notify us early, as the time factor for these cleans are limited.
